Excuse me..but WTF? A private vegas show last night? what? I go away for one weekend, check back and see this.. any explainations?

yeah.. actually it's tonight, I just found out that the show starts in 30 mins. I hate myself right now, cause my friend just called, said he has a ticket for me, but I'd have to go alone. The club it's at is 40 mins away, and I'm in pajamas. The kittens here understand the true nature of how upset I am right now. Comfort me.. tell me it's ok, that I'll just see them again soon. I guess in all fairness, the idea of going to a private show put on by red bull, alone, with 30 mins notice, at a club that I dispise just wasn't tempting enough. If I had a friend to go with (ahem Erica/Janet) and 2 hours notice then I would have headed out. Oh well.. I'm over it. My question to pirate.. what do you mean they never play angels wings? They play that song every show I go to.. to be honest I'm glad to hear that they don't play it as much now, got sick of mike mumbling the words that got changed with every show. Play the hell out of it once he knows what the lyrics are gonna be.
Oh.. and something tells me that with the club it was held at, if I did show up in cotton shorts and a wife beater, I would have been shown out. The beach is such a bro hangout. [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]

i heard the show was really good, my friend called me during one of mikes speeches but i could barely hear it.
*i'm starting to get really curious why he never plays my favorite song - angels wings - even though its been on the set list the past couple times i've seen him?*?*?*?*?

I would never go to any show without looking half way decent. Pajamas never.....and I only go to shows alone when I know there is going to be other people there that I know.
Sorry your opportunity came so late in the night LDG. I've passed on many great shows and opporunities, including seeing SD.
